TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposit / Payment
We require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your date on the
calendar. if event is booked, the $200.00 is applied towards payment.
A 50% deposit is due 7 business days prior to the event and payment
is due in full the day of the event. Billing arrangements can be made
with prior approval from the billing department. All past due accounts
will be subject to interest charges of 2%.
Service/Gratuity Charge
We charge a 18% service/gratuity fee which includes staff gratuity, coordination
fees, handling fees, buffet equipment fees (on-site grills, chafing
dishes, linens, decor, tables, etc.), vehicle maintenance and gas.
Final Guest Count
We will need your final guest count by 3:00 pm on the Monday prior to
your event. For events taking place Monday through Thursday please
confirm your final count at least 5 days prior to. The final count
that you tell us on the required date is the final guaranteed minimum
count. We will allow the count to increase after that (not decrease)
however, we cannot guarantee all menu selections will be available
when your numbers increase within 48 hours of the event. A 15% surcharge
may be added to cover any additional expenses incurred for adding food
and beverage above your final count.
Guarantee
Your guest count will be served. We supply an additional 5% for any unexpected
guests. If you know that your guests are heavy consumers, we suggest
that additional meals be ordered.
Rain out / Cancellatons
If on the day of the event, the event is cancelled prior to the start
of cooking, the event may be rescheduled for any available date in
the next 30 days, subject to payment for expenses incurred in preparation
for the rained out event. If the event cannot be rescheduled, the deposit
is forfeited ( or 50%). If cooks are authorized to begin cooking, the
event will be considered to have taken place and payment is due in
full. Callcellations sometimes occur. In the event that you cancel
with not less than 2 weeks prior to the date, 50% of the deposit
will be retained. If your event is cancelled with less than 1 week
notice, the client will be responsible for the entire amount due.
Delivery / Pickup
We charge a $45.00 delivery charge. For deliveries outside metro phoenix
there is a $60.00 delivery charge. Delivery is available 7 days a week.
Labor policy
Four hours of service is included. The four hours begins when the staff
arrives on location. If it is determined, either by the client or The BBQ
CREW, that extra hours will be needed, an additional charge of $30.00 per
server per hour on site will be assessed.
